Teams of 6 maximum, top 4 score. Top 3 teams progress to next round.

We will aim to arrive just after 2pm to give time for walking the course etc.

First race will be at 2.45pm.
Race order will be;
7/8 Boys
7/8 Girls
9/10 Boys
9/10 Girls
11/12/13 Boys & Girls

Please bring spikes (if you have them) and trainers and make your decision on the day. I do not yet have course maps, but believe the course will be similar to last year at Bryanston (i.e. around the field, down to the river, and back round)
